Ultimate Portfolio of Services

Ultimate Portfolio of Services

In all of the areas that we deliver subscription services for, whether that’s Investment or Sport, we will deliver to the demands of as many niches within that market as we can. That will involve a variety of subscription options (weekly, monthly, annually, just weekends), strategy types, selection methodologies and much more. This means that in every area we will deliver a variety of subscription services that are specifically focused on that area and will be different to ones we deliver in other areas.

However there are a core set of subscription services that we’ll be able to deliver across the board, albeit with different data in each case.

I’m outlining these below, and estimating the income they could generate.

This estimate is very conservative, in each case (apart from one or two examples) I’m using a customer base of just 200 subscribers and I’m working on the basis that we deliver 10 different versions. That’s also a low number as we could easily hit ten with five different FOREX and Horse Racing Areas (FOREX – USA, UK, Australia, Europe, Rest of World makes 5 and Horse Racing – UK & Ireland, USA, Australia, Hong Kong and Japan makes 5). There are five for each of those two main areas, and within those we’re likely to be able to deliver more than five and when you add in all of the other Investment and Sports Types ten starts to look like a small number, but it’s good enough for these examples.

The other point to bear in mind when looking at these estimates is that we will separately deliver a suite of services focused on Asian and Far Eastern markets. These will be local language sites, supported in that local language, with services tweaked to meet the demands of the market and priced accordingly. The costs of running the services will be higher because we’ll need to employ local language experts and the subscription costs will be lower to fit the needs of the markets we’ll be targeting. That balances though with the potential for far far higher number of subscribers. 200 subscribers paying $50 generates $7,500 per month but 5000 subscribers paying $10 generates $50,000 a month. By tailoring the service and pricing to these huge potential markets there is absolutely awesome potential.

That however will be a phase 2 objective.

I’m going to list the services first and then have a section at the bottom to estimate the income.

List of services in the Ultimate Portfolio

The first five services are ones that we will deliver quickly in each market, they will offer lots of value (lots of selections or different strategies) for a modest subscription charge with a view to establishing our footprint in a market and generating income quickly.

In addition to the early five we will also deliver a free service, which will offer limited selections to free subscribers, this is to attract potential customers and demonstrate to them the effectiveness of our output.

The actual names of the services might change when we implement them, for now I’m referring to them as “Smart” services.

For two of these five services I will use more than 200 Customers in the income estimate, because they are low cost systems that are designed to generate higher subscriber numbers

1) Smart and Simple Monthly Service

This will be a starter service with a low monthly fee, we’ll still deliver a lot of value (no of strategies) to make it attractive. This will generate initial income and will start establishing our credibility in a market.

2) Smart and Simple Annual Service

Similar to the above, this will be a starter service, however it will offer different strategies and will come with an annual subscription rather than monthly.

3)Smart Low Cost, High Volume Monthly Service

This will have a very low cost subscription fee with an aim of generating lots of subscribers, again to establish credibility in the market.

4) Smart Low Cost High Volume Annual Service

As above this will come with a low annual fee to try and attract as many initial subscribers as possible.

5) Smart Multi Option Annual Service

This will also be an early subscription service, but it’ll be slightly more complex.

It will offer a number of different strategies, each for a low annual fee, so in that regards it’s like having a number of service number (4) above in the same package.

Each strategy will be standalone and low cost, and we’ll have bonuses to encourage people to subscriber to more than one service. In all we’ll probably have 12 individual strategies and will offer members one strategy free for every three that they subscribe to, and access to a special membership area with more strategies when they purchase three or more services.

6) Smart Dashboard

A very graphical view of a selection of our best indicators, designed to have everything the subscriber needs on one page. We’ll give them the ability to set rules using this data to indicate selections and entry/exit points.  Kind of like a small system builder but with limited control.

7) Smart Strategies

This will be a mega site, but we’ll still use 200 customers in our example.

Membership will cost $50 for six months, and that will give members the ability to use our metrics to design their own system or to have one created for them.

There will be 10 different sub system niches that form the start of any system, for instance in Soccer it might be for the Home Team or the Away team, and in each we will set up a handful of systems to start with.

When members sign up they will be able to view all of the systems for the sub system group that they have taken part in, their own, the handful we start with and the output from systems created by ever other member. That gives them access to a wide number of systems, and it’ll come with full stats on every system so they will be able to pick and chose the most profitable ones.

Other income streams from this service will be:

a)       Daily Access
b)       People purchasing the rules for given systems – we’ll pay a portion to the owner of the system, encouraging members to purchase more than one membership if they have ideas for great systems.
c)       Summary Membership which reports the output from the most profitable strategies.

8) Smart Automation

This will be a monthly service to allow people to automate the placing of trades or wagers. It will be a desktop tool that will require a live subscription to work, and will use APIs from a variety of sites (Betfair, FOREX Dealing sites etc) to automate the end to end process.

In addition to the raw automation we will have bolt ons available for people to purchase discounted access to a variety of strategies that can be plugged into the automation tool.

9) Smart System Builder

This will be an advanced system builder, making use of our exclusive data items and metrics, along with all of the publicly available data.

It will be a rules engine with subscribers able to create systems by selecting data items and adding filters/rules.

We’ll have a basic membership which will allow members to create a certain number of systems, with upgrade options to allow them to expand the number they can create.

10) Smart App

This will be a smartphone/iPad app that will be pay per use, with members completing an in app purchase to access the selection data on any given day.

It will suit people who want to access data on the move and infrequent users.

I’ve estimated the cost per use of $1, and have put the number of subscribers higher than 200.

What would be cool when we have these up and running is to link it to the automation tool, so if a subscriber has both they’d be able to choose a selection from the app and “send” it to their automation tool.

11) Smart Mega Site

This will be a general site that has a little bit of everything in it, it’ll have selections, ratings, data and more. We’ll make it a heavy content-based site by paying for exclusive articles and series of articles from experts in their field.

We’ll have three different membership options, with a higher cost giving access to greater content and functionality.

12) Smart Pay per Winners

This will have a very different membership method to all of our other services. Members will register and then deposit funds and chose when their membership is active. Whenever their membership is active we will deliver selections to them from our best strategies, with a few different types to choose from. Every time we deliver a successful selection the member’s account will be debited a set amount.

So there’s no long-term commitment on the part of the member, they just pay every time we deliver them a profitable opportunity, and if they want to keep receiving them they’ll need to keep their balance topped up.

If we deliver a sufficiently high hit rate and members are making profits from the selections then this has a massive profit potential.

13) Smart Situations

This will use our analytical profiling output to report to members when scenarios present themselves in the data, we’ll aim for 90% scenarios.

For instance this could be something that says, in a match between two teams there is a 90% chance that the number of corners in a game will be ten or more, or saying that in the past when certain indicators are at the same level as today then a currency has moved up in 90% of occasions.

So it won’t deliver selections or entry points based on strategies, it will look across all of the data that we have for an area and report on highly likely outcomes.

14) Smart Adaptive/In Play/Live

This might not apply to every area that we focus on, but it will do for most of them.

Usually our selections will be delivered before an event happens, but with this service the selections will be made live in real time.

There are certain things we will look to incorporate into our data to support this, such as live prices/odds.

The exact nature of the service will differ for each area, but in essence what we’ll be doing is using our core data along with live events/ prices to deliver real time sections.

That could be where odds are moving quickly in a certain direction before an event starts, or responding to live events as they happen. For instance in a team sport if all of the data indicates that one team is likely to win, but the other team scores first, then our selection might be a draw or for the other team to come back and win. With one team scoring first, the overall odds would have changed considerably, potentially creating a very profitable opportunity.

15) Smart Dual Trading Strategy

This is a very elegant service that will suit people who can trade in real time, although it would be great at a later date to add it as a bolt on option to our automation service.

It will involve creating two trades with opposite outcomes, so one short and one long in FOREX, and then trading one out early so that overall the two trades together are guaranteed to generate a profit.

It will work with sports using Betfair where you can bet on things to win and to lose.

Each pair of trades will not make spectacular profits each time, the aim is to deliver a very high success rate and generate profits slowly and surely.

16) Smart Long Term Rollover Profits

This will be the ultimate slow and sure system, where we’ll select a low risk strategy with the highest success rate and deliver it to customers with a very specific money management plan.

The money management plan will be to win a set amount or % amount each day, but very small such as 0.5%. This will be attractive to people who don’t like risk, as each day only a small amount will be at stake, and yet with a high success rate it will deliver strong profits over time.

A money management system that aims to generate 0.5% profit per day will turn $100 into $3,812 over the course of two years.

Estimated Income

For most of these I’ve based it on 200 Customers, and 10 Areas, but as I’ve said above that’s a very conservative estimate. Some smaller areas might be less than 200 customers, but most of the bigger areas will far exceed that number.

To give you a feel for that, if we actually have a service that costs $50 per month, and we can deliver it across 20 areas with an average of 500 customers per area then the monthly income from that set of services would be $500,000.

Some of the FOREX ones could end up with thousands of customers, as there is a truly global market, but if we base our projections on conservative numbers then anything above that is a bonus.

The columns in the table are as follows:

Areas – the number of different areas for a sub service type
Type – What the estimate represents, for instance Daily Access
Cust – the number of customers
Cost – the subscription cost
Mth – a monthly multiplier, so if a subscription is daily this would be 30, for a six monthly service it would divide by 6.
M1 and M2 – this is where we need other multipliers, for instance for the pay per winners service where we need the number of winning selections per day.

Monthly – The Monthly estimated Income
Annual – The Annual estimated income

Remember

  • This is just for 10 areas.
  • This only uses 200 customers as the core estimate.
  • This doesn’t include all of the specific services we’ll be able to deliver for each area.
  • This doesn’t include the dedicated Far East and Asian focused sites.
