Overview and key activity note

Key Short Term Activities:

1)       Get Niche Sales Perfection fully up and running, with a range of payment methods, partner search and have the site fully supported during the launch period

2)       Get Project X income stream built, well planned, well designed and well prepared to leverage work that we’ve already done and reach our development funding targets sooner.

3)       Get the local/tactical FOREX process up and running. It wouldn’t work on my local desktop PC so we need to get it set up on a remote server with automation to take in data feed, run process and produce output. This is key to provide proof where we need to that the entire end to end process is effective and profitable

4)       Plug in additional automated data feeds to get our end to end Horse Racing system up and running as soon as we can in as many countries as we can – UK & IRE, USA, Aus, Japan, Hong Kong to start subscription service production line.

Short term objectives are to ensure we have:

• Development funding – enough to cover the next six months plus
• Promotional funding – to allow us to professionally promote our programs and subscription services
• Initial Income streams in place – product sales in NSP, FOREX and Horse Racing Subscription Services and others on the way
• Most importantly funds being paid to Private Investors and myself.

Overview

This is what I want us to have in place over the coming months

1) Niche Sales Perfection

Income from

• VIP Memberships
• Ad Package Sales
• Sub Service Related Special Products (with free memberships to aid their sale)
• FOREX Portfolio of sites
• Then other product launches

2) Project X

Will supply development funding with a fixed payback

• First program leveraging our existing development work (see separate note)
• Game Changer Advertising and Downline Building Hub
• Power of 5 Program
• Other opportunities we can explore when the hub is in place

3) FOREX

• Local FOREX system to be the source for some initial subscription services
• Local FOREX system used for our own trading
• Strategic FOREX System foundation in place, for use by more advanced subscription services
• Ongoing enhancement plan for the Strategic FOREX system – it will take a while to build in all possible calculations and strategies.

5)       Horse Racing

The process running and feeding subscription services for

• UK and Ireland
• USA
• Australia
• Japan
• Hong Kong

And then fast movement into other areas

• Investment – indices and individual shares worldwide
• Baseball
• Gold
• Soccer

Both feeding subscription services and automation tools for our own use to boost profits

6)       My Gold Nest Egg and Daily Wealth Program

We will set these up all on My Gold Nest Egg and continue with payments to people who have participated when we have income streams online to feed it.
