Project X

This will be a project in a number of stages, leveraging the development work that we have already done for My Gold Nest Egg etc, I want to re-use that in a perfectly designed program (using lessons learnt) to add to the initial income from Niche Sales Perfection to get us to our targets faster.

It will be completely standalone, not related to anything we have done previously or anything else we do.

Key principles are that it will be simple, attractive to people and we’ll get the marketing right.

We need to make it pay members enough in the short term, but also to give us enough time to use the money to deliver our income streams.

The objective here is our overall objective, to provide development funding to allow us to complete the work needed to get subscription services etc live, these will then provide income for us and payback to members.

If we had the products ready to go now, we wouldn’t need the program to fund development, and the total development is too large for Private Investors or myself to cover.

Our launch preparation for this will be to:

Be live with five or six very active monitors prior to launch – so they go live on day 1, we’ll be looking for people who post to forums regularly and will be checking their downlines in other programs to see how many people they reach

We’ll have 1 or 2 facebook promoters to actively promote the program

We’ll also deal with a couple of big list owners to mail to their lists

We’ll have our own forum monitors this time to find posts related to the program and follow up on them

We’ll have a launch competition, which will be split between all members and all members with monitors excluded so that general members are encouraged to promote

We’ll have simpler, reduced purchase options and will include pexpay as an option

We will have a recruiter status for members, which will start as standard but members who aim to promote will be able to request we mark them as a super recruiter and we’ll give them extra bonuses – will make anyone who plans to recruit feel a bit special.

The project X will be in three phases, I’ll cover the first phase in more detail here, not so much for the other two.

The three phases will be

1)       The first program will be designed to bring in funds, with special elements to make some long term investment more attractive.

2)       The second program will be an advertising hub which will be designed to attract all sorts of people.

We will list our first program with us, and will add special sections to appeal to :

Program Owners

Program Members

Monitor Admins

Forum Admins

Recruiters and List Owns.

Things like profile pages, a Downline builder section, a contact page for people to contact admins/or any other member securely

We will seek premium listings from program owners and encourage their members to join the hub to promote all their programs and advertise them if they wish.

So it will provide additional income and we’ll have a development project as part of it to develop five automation systems that will lead to the third program, where we’ll import people fro the hub into the third program.

There could be other opportunities that we want to explore once we have a decent membership base in the hub

3)       The idea with this is to import from the hub so it start with a ready made membership base and proven income streams that have been developed in the hub.

I’d like to call it something like “The Power of Five” and to have it with five income streams, five compensation plans etc

Compensation plans will be a forced matrix, cycler etc

We may not need to launch this is we have sufficient income streams in place, but even if we do, if we have five strong automation based income streams (sport or investment) then this would still make sense to boost the pools for each income stream, and then use the resulting profit 50/50 for Private Investors and to repay program participants.

Program 1

The idea here is to build our development funds and to buy time to use the funds to develop our income streams.

Previous attempts failed due to slow growth and when we added additional monitors, the money we ended up paying them was not matched by growth and so overall it was value destroying.  We had a couple of bigger investments but they were from Private Investors and the funds have been used to get to where we are now.

So we will have a simple headline rate with this, it won’t be complex.

There will be two options they will be able to add that will increase the rate on their core investment and provide them long term rewards. This will give them more overall but over a longer time period so we have longer to make use of the funds

We will have attractive re-investment options, again to extend the time that we can use the funds before payback

We’ll also have something akin to the forex package that we added to Daily Wealth Program but it will be smaller and won’t dilute the returns of anyone receiving this note.

It will be in there because it will provide funds with a longer time span to use them, a common theme.

We will be reusing code that we already have for this, tweaking it slightly and so I expect it to take a week to ten days to develop, it would be great to have this up and running over the next ten days to give us two funding sources at the same time.

I’ll give you more detail on this first program in particular over the weekend when I have more time and will be seeking some volunteers to help with some research to ensure we advertise with monitors that are going to give us the very best value for our advertising spend from the off.

And I’ll post more info on the Hub, it’s a key part of this strategy because it will provide a boost to growth and increase the span of people we can reach with this and other opportunities.
